SAITAMA, Japan - December 11, 2018 -- Calsonic Kansei Corporation (President & CEO: Beda Bolzenius, Headquarters: Kita-ku, Saitama City) announced today organization and management changes, effective January 1st, 2019 as seen on the list below.

The new organizational structure is in order to create a more dynamic and streamlined organizational design, focused on product business units and bringing Calsonic Kansei closer to its customers. The changes are to achieve speedy decision making, clear accountability & ownership, enhanced entrepreneurship, and active portfolio management. The new organizational structure is designed to transform our company into one that is able to innovate even more creatively and find value in quality and speed.
It is a further step in the company's journey towards becoming a global competitive Tier 1 automotive supplier.
