Holding of Global Plant Manager Training
Calsonic Kansei Corporation (President & CEO: Hiroshi Moriya; Headquarters: Kita-ku, Saitama-city) will hold Global Plant Manager Training at the Kodama Plant (Honjo-city, Saitama) and the Gunma Plant (Ora-cho, Gunma) from August 31. This annual training event started in fiscal 2014 and this year, 28 managers and candidate managers will attend from 11 countries.
This training program is for five days and covers workshop including management and safety patrols, and research of case studies of human resource development, quality and other issues, with the aim of improving the management skills of participants,. It addresses the role of the plant manager and understanding the required knowledge and skills. Following the training, participants will identify issues at their own plants, and implement countermeasures, aiming to grow at the worksite.
