Calsonic Kansei Receives Trainees from Russian Companies

Calsonic Kansei received trainees from Russian companies from January 29 through February 2nd as part of an economic partnership with Russia.

This training was realized with a proposal by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. The proposal was based on an economic cooperation plan agreed upon in May 2016 at a Japan-Russia Summit Meeting held in Sochi in the Russian Federation. The perspective behind the initiative is that human resource development is essential for the automotive supporting industry in Russia, which in turn supports Japanese companies in both Russia and Japan.

Eleven trainees in managerial positions at Russian companies visited Japan, and attended lectures on CKPS(Calsonic Kansei Production System)and production control. In order to improve productivity at work, in addition to attending the lectures, they also went through a plant tour, and exchanged ideas and opinions.
