Calsonic Kansei displayed exhibits at "Sainokuni Business Arena 2018," the largest business matching event (business fair) in Japan, which was held at Saitama Super Arena from January 24^th-25^th.

On the first day of the event, the Governor of Saitama Prefecture, Kiyoshi Ueda visited our booth. On the same day, our company's President, Hiroshi Moriya took to the stage as part of a Saitama prefectural business panel discussion and made a statement.



The following is an excerpt from the statement made by President, Hiroshi Moriya.

"This year marks the 80^th anniversary of Calsonic Kansei since its foundation and the 10^th anniversary since its headquarters were moved to Saitama Prefecture. We have all of our global headquarters' functions for Monozukuri in Saitama Prefecture, and from here in Saitama, our engineering has spread to 79 sites in 15 countries across the world. "


"We also focus on CSR activities as a corporate citizen to contribute to communities and environmental preservation by proactively supporting the development of future generations and participating in local community activities."

"Recent years have seen advancing globalization and digitalization as well as great innovation, which has brought artificial intelligence, robots, IoT, etc. Unless we take advantage of these changes, and not rest on our laurels, and promote reform with innovative ideas and ways of thinking, we will not be able to pave the way to our sustainable future. In order to realize this, it's vital to have great curiosity and develop more opportunities to communicate with people in other industries as well as those who have different values to inspire new enthusiasm. "
