Calsonic Kansei Corporation (President & CEO: Hiroshi Moriya; Headquarters: Kita-ku,Saitama-city) and L&T Technology Services have held an opening ceremony for their Material Test Centre in Chennai, India.

Chennai, India, February 16, 2016

Calsonic Kansei (CK) and L&T Technology Services inaugurated the dedicated Material Test Centre (MTC) at Chennai. The test center is setup and operated by L&T Technology Services to cater to Calsonic Kansei's global needs including Japan, Europe, North America, Thailand and India. The inauguration was presided over by Calsonic Kansei's Executives Mr. Katsumi Nakamura -Chairman, Mr. Hiroshi Moriya -CEO, Mr. Hideto Murakami -EVP (R&D) along with Mr.Keshab Panda - MD & CEO L&T Technology Services and Mr.Kumar Prabas -COO L&T Technology Services

Mr. Murakami commented "This (MTC) is a strategic center to take care of our global testing needs, it adds significant value to CK and we are happy to expand our relationship with L&T since the start of our engineering Offshore Development Center (ODC) a little less than 4 years ago".

Dr. Keshab Panda, MD & CEO L&T Technology Services said, "We are delighted to have this opportunity to scale up our partnership that began in 2012, when we launched the ODC for Calsonic Kansei. We have been consistently adding value and innovation to CK's engineering process since then."
