Calsonic Kansei is awarded the "Kurumin" mark in recognition of its support for the next generation Calsonic Kansei Corporation (Headquarters: Kita-ku, Saitama City, Saitama; President and CEO: Hiroshi Moriya) has been recognized by the Saitama Labour Bureau at the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare as a "corporation that supports childcare," having conformed to the standards set out in the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children(*). Consequently, Calsonic Kansei has been awarded the "Kurumin" in recognition of its support for the next generation.

Since 2011, Calsonic Kansei has implemented various bottom-up initiatives aimed at realizing greater diversity for employees in every region, with the intention of creating a more effective working environment for all our employees. The corporation's "General Employer Action Plan" was drawn up to conform with the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children, and the results of these internal initiatives have now been officially recognized.
