Calsonic Kansei announced "the expansion of its industrial complex"

Aguascalientes, Aguascalientes (November 1st, 2013.) - The Japanese auto -parts
manufacturer, Calsonic Kansei announced today the expansion of its industrial complex and
the relocation of its new Headquarters in the municipality of San Francisco de los Romo, in
the Mexican State of Aguascalientes.


The President and CEO of Calsonic Kansei Hiroshi Moriya, during the opening event of the
Plant, said that Mexico is a great country to work in , and that it is an honor to have
talented Mexican employees working in a company that is recognized for having top
technology worldwide.


The company opened its doors to employees and important personalities, such as the
Secretary of Economy, Mr. Ildefonso Guajardo Villarreal, the Governor of the State of
Aguascalientes Mr. Carlos Lozano de la Torre.


During the grand opening, the President and COO of CalsonicKansei Mexicana, Bharat
Vennapusa, acknowledged the importance of the governmental support provided in order to
develop and build up this industrial complex, which stands over 33,000 square meters and
will employ more than 500 employees directly and 1,000 indirectly, creating a total of 1,500
jobs for the state of Aguascalientes. The President and COO of CalsonicKansei Mexicana
said that being part of such modern and advance technological innovation worldwide such
as the latest generation equipment Aguascalientes plant holds, inspires all the Directors and
executives in the Company.
